Acceptable Use Policy
Zero ToleranceOur infrastructure is protected by automated heuristic analysis. Engaging in the following activities will trigger an immediate, permanent ban of your IP subnet:
Amplification Attacks
Using our resolvers to reflect traffic or launch DDoS attacks against third parties.
Mass Scanning
High-velocity scanning of subdomains, rapid-fire PTR lookups, or network mapping.
Botnet Activity
Command & Control (C2) beacons, malware distribution, or domain generation algorithms.
Spam Operations
Facilitating unsolicited bulk email (UBE), spam campaigns, or fraud.
Rate Limiting & Capacity
Privacy & Data Handling
What We Do NOT Log
-
No Client IPs: We do not store your IP address on disk correlated with your DNS queries.
-
No Browsing History: We do not build profiles of the domains you visit.
-
No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell data to advertisers, ISPs, or data brokers.
Operational Visibility
-
Volatile Memory: Queries are processed in RAM (Redis) for caching and are purged automatically upon expiry (TTL).
-
Aggregate Metrics: We monitor total query volume and cache hit rates to scale our servers.
-
Security Logs: In the event of a DDoS attack, offending IPs are temporarily logged by the firewall to enforce bans, then discarded.
